Woody C. Biggs Biography
I was, along with my brother Timmy, raised by Woody's daughter Ethel and her husband Van Stafford. Woody (whom we called "Pappy") moved into our home to be cared for until his death while we were living at 612 Lemon Street in Franklin, Simpson County, Kentucky.
